  Purpose and Goal:  Train and equip leaders from Southern Maryland area for regional collaboration. Inaugural Class begins September 2008.
Operations:   LMD is the program model. LSM is focused on Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s Counties. The business model is Non-profit.  LSM Program runs on a nine-month cycle.
