Below are links to the 2010-2011 LSM application and other helpful material. Please ensure that instructions are closely followed to ensure the quickest possible processing of your application by the LSM Selection Committee.
For your convenience, the application can be saved, completed, and submitted electronically via email. It is recommended that you use the latest version of Adobe Reader when completing the application.

Fees
Once selected for Leadership Southern Maryland you will be billed for the full tuition amount of $2,500. The tuition covers all program costs. Payment terms may be arranged as needed. Additionally, you are required to send a personal check for $250 with your application, which represents your commitment to the program.
